Fáilte / Welcome. You’re invited to join Ann Keenaghan on Sunday, February 1st, online for a Brigid’s Day Blessing – a special 1-hour healing meditation live from Connemara, Ireland, to mark Brigid’s Day and the coming of the season of Imbolc.
This will be a warm and welcoming healing space, hosted by Ann and shared live with others across Ireland and around the world. Together, we’ll gather in stillness as I guide you into rest, intention, and renewal – honouring Brigid’s spirit of healing, renewal, and new beginnings.
Wherever you are in the world, you’re warmly invited to arrive, soften, and receive together.

More about Ann
Originally from County Donegal, Ann is a Connemara-based IET trainer, a Qi Gong and Taoist meditation instructor, and a Kinesiologist. She is a long-time believer in the traditions surrounding Brigid and believes in the power of carrying this light in the world. Her work has featured on RTE television, in the Irish Examiner and elsewhere and she is the creator of a CD of angelic meditations.
